A property report provides information about a parcel/s estimated value for sale and for lease. It contains valuable information such as topography, land types, contamination potential, water stress levels, and more. With a free account, you can create 2 free property reports. With LandApp Pro subscription, you can create, export, and customize unlimited property reports.

How to Create and Share a Property Report
You can search for specific properties to create a property report using an address, latitude/ longitude, or parcel number. Alternatively, you can plug in a city or county and then zoom in on the map to find a particular property. Property Reports can be created for one parcel or multiple parcels. If you'd like to add multiple parcels to one report, simply click on each parcel that you want to add/ remove from the report.
1) Search for the property on LandApp's map

Property Reports Data Overview
Parcel Details
The Parcel Details section provides high-level property data at a glance. You can find information like property acreage, APN, parcel ID, owner name, zoning, sales/ transaction data, addresses, structure summaries/ building details, and more.
Value Index Scores
Easily evaluate a property's highest and best use compared directly to county and state averages at a glance using the value indexes. The value indexes are scored on a scale of 0-100, with 100 being the most suitable potential use for a property.
Risk Index Scores
Easily evaluate a property's potential environmental and man-made risks compared directly to county and state averages at a glance using the risk indexes. The risk indexes are scored on a scale of 0-100, with 100 being the most likely potential risk for a property.
How to Customize Land Values in a Property Report
With a LandApp Pro subscription, you can create and customize unlimited property reports- this feature is currently only available on the desktop version of LandApp Pro. By adjusting land value estimates, you can reflect local market trends and land values to share property estimates with clients or colleagues.
1) Navigate to the Land Value Score in the Value Indexes tab

2) Click on the Land Value Index Link

3) Select the green 'Edit Values' button

4) Assign custom $ of $/ acre values to each land type

4) Click 'Save All' in the upper right corner

5) Optional: Share/ email or export the PDF report

How to Add Your Branding to Property Reports
With a LandApp Pro subscription, you can add your own custom branding and messaging to each property report. Pick and choose which sections of a property report to include and exclude.
1) Create a property report and click the Share icon

2) Select 'Export' or 'Share Report'

3) Check/ uncheck specific resources to include

4) Upload a company logo from your device

4) Upload a personal picture for your biography

5) Crop the photo if needed, then click 'Upload Image'

6) Add your personal biography information

7) Click 'Update Biography' to save your changes

8) Click 'Send' to share the property report

10) Click 'Customize Report' to make more changes
