Yes, LandApp’s listing agreement allows landowners/ landowner representatives to list elsewhere in addition to their LandApp listing. If you choose to list on LandApp in addition to other marketplaces, all we require is that you mark your LandApp listing as ‘sold’ if it closes on another marketplace.
'Land for Sale' listings are public and can be viewed by any user with a free LandApp account. 'Land for Lease' listings for Carbon Credits are also accessible to any user with a free LandApp account.
'Land for Lease' listings for Solar and Wind are private and can only be viewed by energy developers with a paid subscription. This is to ensure that landowners interested in leasing their land can only receive offers from qualified groups.
