Account and Billing
You can create a free LandApp account on our mobile app by selecting Sign In at the bottom right corner of your screen.

To create a free LandApp account on desktop, click Sign Up/Sign In in the bottom left corner of your screen. Get started here!
Here's how to update your LandApp profile details (name, email):
On LandApp's Mobile App:-
Click on the More module in the bottom right of your screen
-
Click Profile Details, then click the pencil icon next to the profile image icon
-
Update the information you'd like to change in each of their respective fields, then click Save

On Desktop:
-
Click on the profile icon on the bottom left corner of your screen
-
Select Profile from the popup menu
-
Update the information you'd like to change in each of their respective fields, then click Save
-
Forgot your password? Here's how to reset it:
-
Click Forgot My Password on the sign up/sign in page on LandApp on desktop or mobile.
-
Enter the email address you used to create the account, then click Send Verification Email
-
Click on the link in your email to reset your password.

If you're signed in to your LandApp account and want to change your password, here's how:
On LandApp's Mobile App:-
Click on the More module in the bottom right of your screen
-
Click Profile Details, then click the pencil icon next to the profile image icon

Enter your new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields, then click Save

On Desktop:

Click on the profile icon on the bottom left corner of your screen

Select Profile from the popup menu

Enter your new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields, then click Save

Here's how to delete your LandApp account:
On LandApp's Mobile App:-
Click on the More module in the bottom right of your screen

Click Delete Account
On Desktop:

Email our team or call us at 855-867-3876 to delete your LandApp account.

Here's how to update your billing information:
On LandApp's Mobile App (iOS):-
Payment details are managed through the Apple store. Open the Settings app, then tap on your name and click Payment & Shipping. For more details, follow this guide.
On LandApp's Mobile App (Google Play/Android):

Payment details are managed through the Google Play store. Open the Google Play store app, then click Add Payment Method. For more details, follow this guide.

Alternatively, you can log in to LandApp on desktop using your LandApp Pro credentials and update your payment method by following the steps below.

On Desktop:

Click on the profile icon on the bottom left corner of your screen

Select Profile from the popup menu

Click Payment Methods on the left menu under Account Management

Update your credit/debit card info

Here's how to cancel your LandApp Pro subscription:
On LandApp's Mobile App (iOs):-
Click into the More module at the bottom right corner of your screen.

Select Subscription, then click Cancel Subscription.
-
Click on the Apple Link button to cancel through the App Store

On Desktop and Google Play/Android:​​​​

Email our team or call us at 855-867-3876 to cancel your LandApp Pro subscription.

Refunds for LandApp Pro on the Apple Store/iOS devices are managed through Apple. Follow this guide to request a refund.
For desktop and Google Play/Android refund requests, email our team or call us at 855-867-3876. Please note that refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis, and we are unable to give refunds 6 months past your subscription start date.
Listings Management
Here's how to update your active LandApp listing details (add images/videos, update title, price, description, etc):

On LandApp's Mobile App:

Click on the More module in the bottom right corner of your screen
-
Select My Listings, then click Edit
-
Add details to the fields you'd like to update, then click Save
​
On Desktop:
-
Click on the Profile Icon in the bottom left corner of your screen or use this link
-
Select My Listings and Property Reports
-
Click Edit, make your desired changes, then click Save
-
Here's how to mark an active listing as closed:
On LandApp's Mobile App:-
Click on the More module in the bottom right of your screen
-
Click My Listings, then select the Mark as Closed button
-
Select Leased/Sold or Remove from Marketplace

On Desktop:

Select My Listings and Property Reports

Click Mark as Closed, then select Leased/Sold or Remove from Marketplace

Here's how to delete an active listing from LandApp's marketplace:
On LandApp's Mobile App:-
Click on the More module in the bottom right of your screen

Click My Listings

Select Delete

Select My Listings and Property Reports

Click Delete

Here's how to publish, update, and delete drafted listings:
On LandApp's Mobile App:-
Click on the More module in the bottom right of your screen

Click My Listings, then select the Draft tab
-
Select Publish to publish the listing, Delete to delete the draft, or Edit to update the listing details and publish the listing

On Desktop:

Select My Listings and Property Reports

Click Publish to publish the listing, Delete to delete the draft, or Edit to update the listing details and publish the listing

Here's how to update your saved listing searches and new listing notification preferences:
On LandApp's Mobile App:-
Click on the More module in the bottom right of your screen

Click My Saved Searches to view a list of your saved listing filters
-
Check the Receive Notifications checkbox to on or off to update your email preferences for new listing notification
-
Click on the Trash icon to remove the saved search or the Pencil icon to update the listing filters

On Desktop:

Open LandApp's listings module
-
Select My Searches, then click Saved Searches
-
Click the Trash icon to remove the saved search or click on the saved search Title to open up a list of properties matching your saved criteria
-
Here's how to view your favorited/saved listings:
On LandApp's Mobile App:-
Click on the More module in the bottom right of your screen
-
Click Listings, then select Favorites to view a list of your saved listings
-
Click View to open the details or select the Star icon to remove it from the list of saved listings
​
On Desktop:

Open LandApp's listings module
-
Select My Properties, then click My Searches
-
Click into Saved Listings to view a list of your saved properties
-
Click on a listing to view the details or select the Star icon to remove it from the list of saved listings
