What is the Parcel Search Tool in LandApp Pro?
The Parcel Search tab is used to find properties with specific attributes using LandApp Pro's advanced search filters. After you perform a Parcel Search, you can create a portfolio to save the search. The portfolio will be stored in the Parcel Data tab. This tool is available on LandApp Pro on desktop devices only.

How to Search for Parcels & Create Portfolios
Search for properties nationwide and save your results to portfolios. Utilize various filters to build your portfolios and find unlisted parcels.

In order to utilize the Index Score filters, you must first select a State and County.

When searching by Owner or Organization name, the "Contains" option will search for names that have words anywhere in the owners first name. The "Exact" option will only search for exact options that fit the name that you enter.

You must save your search to a portfolio in order to re-access, share, and edit it. Saved portfolios are stored in the Parcel Data tool.
1) Select a Location (State and County [Optional])
2) Add Min/ Max Parcel Acreages
3) Add Owner/ Organization Names (Optional)
4) Select 1 or Multiple Zoning Filters (Optional)
5) Add Min/ Max Proximity to Amenities (Optional)
6) Add Min/ Max Index Score Filters (Optional)
7) Click 'Search' (it may take a few minutes)
8) View Results & 'Save to Portfolio' to Save Results
9) Create a New Portfolio or Add to Existing Portfolio
10) Find Your Portfolio in the Parcel Data tool

At this time, the Parcel Search tool in LandApp Pro is only available on desktop devices- not on the LandApp mobile application. On LandApp Pro on desktop, you can also use the My Maps and the Parcel Data tools.
In the Parcel Search tool, you can filter by proximity to amenities, Value & Risk Index Scores, owner & organization name, location, acreage, and zoning.
With Parcel Search, you can find off-market and unlisted properties using LandApp Pro's one-of-a-king Index Scores and comprehensive property data. Save your searches by building portfolios and share portfolios with other LandApp Pro users.

Selected Parcels Only: When this option is toggled off, you will export parcel data for the entire portfolio.

Split Each Parcel: Download separate files for each parcel in the selected portfolio.
