FAQ: LandApp Account & Subscription
Yes, you can use LandApp on your desktop device to access more features. When you download LandApp and register for an account - we recommend using the Google SSO option or using your LandGate login - you can easily log in to your account on the desktop version of LandApp. This makes it easier for users to update their billing information.

The annual LandApp subscription is a yearly renewed plan at a cheaper price, but is billed monthly instead of the lump sum payment upfront. When you select this plan option, you are locked in a year, non-refundable commitment.
The monthly LandApp subscription is a $16/month plan that can be canceled at any time.
Deleting your LandApp account and LandApp App does NOT cancel your subscription.
1) Log in to your account on app.landgate.com/app/land-app. This can only be done on a desktop device. Once there, click on your account and into your profile.
2) Click 'Payment Methods.'
3) Edit the required cardholder information fields and click 'Update.'

Listing properties for lease or for sale on LandGate's marketplace is free- learn how to make a listing here. There are no obligations to accept any offers, and your contact information is included on your listings, so interested buyers/ tenants would reach out to you directly with offers.

You can search for properties by address or parcel number to uncover property ownership information. Alternatively, you can search for properties by owner name to find out where specific individuals or organizations own land. Be sure to turn on the 'Ownership/ Parcel Boundaries' common layer to view ownership information on the map!
